Mihloti Awarded R155m Mamelodi East Township Contract
Mihloti Consulting Engineers has been appointed as the engineer of record for the large-scale Mamelodi East Township Development, delivering serviced stands for 2 400 families.

Mihloti Consulting Engineers is proud to announce our appointment on the Mamelodi East Township Development project, valued at R155 million. This appointment by the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements marks one of the largest single-project contracts in our firm's history.
Project Scope
Our team will provide full civil engineering design and construction supervision services, including:
- Township road network design and construction monitoring
- Bulk water and sanitation infrastructure
- Stormwater master planning
- Environmental compliance monitoring throughout construction
Community Impact
Upon completion, the project will deliver fully serviced stands for approximately 2 400 families, contributing to the government's mandate of providing dignified, affordable housing to South Africans.
